Midtown/Sheri Grace Productions

Since 1989, Midtown/Sheri Grace Productions has produced a variety of theatre performances in the Charleston area and on tour in the southeast.  Founders of Midtown Theatre - formerly the cabaret black box theatre in the heart of downtown Charleston - Midtown/Sheri Grace Productions is headed up by Artistic Director, Sheri Grace Wenger and Producing Director, Ryan Ahlert.  In 2007 Midtown/Sheri Grace Productions opened The Charleston Acting Studio on James Island where they offer theatre classes to children and adults, taught by professional actors, directors and theatre professionals.  Past productions include Always…Patsy Cline, Pump Boys and Dinettes, Gypsy, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Little Shop of Horrors, A...My Name is Alice, Reefer Madness The Hit Musical, The Boys Next Door, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Cabaret, and Steel Magnolias -- as well as Sheri Grace Wenger’s original musical productions; Rock ‘n’ Roll Heaven, Women With Attitude, Broadway Divas, and Soul of the 60’s.
